The Rivergreen Centre is a modern, low-rise building that has been designed to maximise light while minimising environmental impact and energy costs. Highly insulated and with natural ventilation, underfloor heating and passive lighting, it has been awarded a ‘very good’ rating by BREEAM. Bicycle racks and shower rooms encourage low-impact travel, plus there’s a direct bus service to the Centre from Morpeth.
